Hi everyone,
I am wondering if it is possible to embed the oci.dll (Oracle Client) into the web application (maybe in the /bin folder) in a way that I don't need to install the Oracle Client Software in the windows server (2003 w/ IIS 6).
My current situation is that I'm getting the following runtime error:
system.data.oracleclient requires oracle client software version 8.1.7 or greater
I know there's the Oracle Instant Client but I don't know how to set it up (bunch of dlls).
